Children's Eye Exams

Good vision plays an important role in your child's development and self-esteem. Your child's eyes should be examined regularly as many vision
problems and eye diseases can be diagnosed and treated at an early age.
Even if your child already wears glasses or contacts, you should schedule
regular check-ups to ensure that their vision has not changed.

Here are some signs that your child may need an eye exam:

  •  Your child has difficulty reading or avoids reading.
  •  You child uses their finger to help with reading.
  •  You notice your child squinting to see things at a distance.
  •  They have headaches after school.
  •  There is a family history of vision problems.
  •  They have a hard time concentrating on their school work.
